No! Our training is designed for all skill levels—from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you’re new to self-defense or want to sharpen your skills, we tailor every session to your needs.
All necessary training equipment, including pads, gloves, and defensive tools, will be provided. We recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing and closed-toe athletic shoes.
Most self-defense sessions last 60 minutes.
We offer training for teens (13+), adults, and seniors. Some classes may be modified for younger participants depending on the training type.
